03  Avoid bending your head forward or sleeping face down. Elevating your head while sleeping helps reduce swelling and bruising.

04  Washing your face and applying light makeup is possible starting the day after suture removal. Heavy makeup should be avoided for 4 weeks.

05  Alcohol consumption and smoking slow down recovery and should be avoided for 4 weeks.
